@dejesuscustomfootwear when I saw the nametag on the Spiderverse shoe, I thought the blue looked more like the "uneven" flow of a marker when used to write on a nametag. So I thought the inconsistent weighting you pointed out, looked 'right' for what feeling he was trying to get visually. If that's the case, it's one more "potato packed in that bag" for sure!

What custom would have a bigger chance of getting someone sued and why ?

I’m no lawyer so don’t take my legal advice but anytime you’re using any trademarked IP you’re entering into some grey area. One of the buzz words that’s really floated around over the last few years in regard to that is brand confusion. You never want it to seem like an official Collab versus just creating fan art essentially.

I was under the impression that if certain materials that being the swoosh etc was altered thats is a form of infringement considering the original identity of the shoe was altered .

Wow. I love your work, but I've been scrolling through what seems like hundreds of pairs and it seems to me that you avoid my favorite style of Nike shoe like the plague. The AirMax 90. Why so? They're the best looking and comfort tops.
