I use one only once, took 10 min pulling out the rivert tail, tried one more and the plastic housing cracked. in the bin, . if is plastic don't wait for it to break, throw it out now.

I finally figured out why mine wouldn’t release the pin- because the spring inside is too strong but if you cut off about 1/4 inch of the spring and replace it works- the spring is so strong it doesn’t allow the jaws to open and let go of the pin- now works good- I just don’t know how long

Well now I know even after cutting the spring it still only lasts for about 15 pins then don’t work- they’re just not any good

@@joecontreras5068 the idea of this tool is good but it is a bad engineering design. I got the same issue. I think the internal parts are loose, shaking due to drill motor movement causing jaws not holding rivet stem firmly.

Warning if you're using tiny little rivet it'll work but try to use anything that will fit in it it just is made from cheap metal and it will break

We are sorry to hear that. In fact, there are some things to have in mind when using this tool. You have to make sure you set your drill to MAX TORQUE and LOW SPEED, otherwise this will happen. Since we have 1 year warranty, what you can do is provide us with your proof of purchase and we will send you a new one.

It works great for maybe a couple of jobs that you're doing with it so say 50 rabbits and then it breaks sad they don't make it better

It will break after the 3rd rivet. Don't buy it. Will waste your money.

Actually, when using this tool, you must make sure you are using the right setup (MAX TORQUE and LOW SPEED) otherwise it will break easily.

DEKO I just got mine and it broke on the first rivet- it won’t release the pin
