Synopsis
UA Academy's Class 1-A has been the focus of a substantial amount of public attention due to the multiple villain attacks they have faced over the past school year. This attention has left Class 1-A's rivals, Class 1-B, feeling quite bitter. Desiring to prove their skills, they look forward to the opportunity that has been given to them: a set of mock battles between the students of each class.
The classes are split into squads of four, each of which is tasked with capturing the other group members. The winner is the group who first secures all of the opposing team. While this sounds simple, a curveball is thrown into the mix with the inclusion of General Course Student Hitoshi Shinsou, who wishes to transfer into the Hero Course. Despite using his training with Class 1-A's homeroom teacher Shouta "Eraserhead" Aizawa to prove that he's capable of being a real hero, he is still far behind the others due to his lack of experience. However, Shinsou is determined to overcome this challenge.

@Anime King in this alternate story it was in the previous episode. In the first episode of the actual anime Bakugo told him to kill himself and get a quirk in the next life, and the look on Deku's face as he was leaving school and getting his notebook out of the water told me he was considering it due to how hopeless he felt. lets look at what deku here has accomplished; 1. defeated muscular with ease and then gave the kid, whose parents he killed, the power to give a karma-loaded death to him. 2. helped a child overcome grief and find closure (in his own way) and then (basically) recruited him of his own free will and no brain washing. 3. unintentionally defeated and crippled iida and used his own need of vengeance to "stain" the name "ingenium" for a good long time. (forgive the pun but i couldn't resist) 4. last but not least, he (again unintentionally) got the support of stain even though he is a villain. 5. from what AFO said, he's probably going to be as powerful and as chrasmatic as him well congrats all might! you too hero commission boss! your actions to "preserve hero society" have just created the man who will burn it all to the ground. what's even funnier is you guys are the ones giving him every piece of evidence he needs to support his crusade!

Honestly the idea of Kota turning to villainy makes this even more frightening. The son of heroes who died honorably becomes a villain and a rather vicious one at that, tearing apart Muscular whom is no pushover. Deku's turn to villainy is believable as everyone has their breaking point and even with his good heart, he can be corrupted not by temptation but by grief and disillusionment. I don't believe he would become so cruel or indifferent, but rather somewhere between Stain and Gentle Criminal.

I'm gonna be honest. I crave this more than I crave the new chapters of the actual manga, not to mention it just feels so right with what AFO said at the end. Deku learnt how to talk his way around powerful quirked bullies as a quirkless person. Now he knows the POV of those considered weak, he can easily pick out those who are abusing their power and is able to use all of that knowledge to lead people to be stronger and fight for/with him, making him an ideal leader. Another thing that I like the idea of is that maybe Deku is more compatible with AFO(the quirk) because he is quirkless and doesn't have a defined quirk factor, just like OFA which doesn't shorten the lifespan of quirkless users because they can adapt to the quirk factor allowing them to become a perfect host for the quirk, as long as they train their body to accommodate the strength that comes with the quirk.

Again, a great continuation. as I stated before (I think) Villain Deku represents the realistic flaws of hero society and what we see her, showing Kota and telling him those flaws, it feels so good on how Deku understood where Kota was coming from and why he didn't like heroes. Everything he said is just so good and have good ground if you like villain Deku and understand the flaws of their society. but what makes this so strong is that if a pro hero heard or seen this, they would assume he's brainwashing him when in reality, he's being synthetic to the kid and wants to help him. Overall it doesn't matter if Midoriya is a hero or a villain, he's still going to fight muscular to save Kota, he's still going to help others when they're in pain. what makes them different is that Villain Midoriya knows the pain to those who are called villains and understand that not all heroes are noble. to that and in my opinion, Villan Deku that understands the state of society and want to change it is better than Hero Deku in the current canon of the anime. That's all I say to this matter, can't wait for part 3 if there is one.

And he's given Kota much needed closure. His own personal revenge, with the tools at his disposal. Hero Deku fought in Kota's place and took down Muscular. Villain Deku 1-hit Muscular, then served him on a silver platter to an Amped-up Kota. To me, this seems tame to what One For All saw when the powerless got powers.

He saw how the powerless were abused but not killed by those with quirks. But when One for All reversed it, the powerless became the power, and killed the oppressors.

4 horsemen of evil deku 1. A assasin deku that was taught by stain leaves him and joins the villain league but sometimes go solo. When he fights heroes, he ask them this question are you a hero or not, some will be traumatized by deku's word and will no and the heroes retired bc of his word and some died. He has no quirk but has skills of blades 2. Assistant to AFO. He is quirk looker for Afo, deku search for useful quirks for Afo to steal. Deku's quirk here is quirk look, he know what does the quirk do. Second healing, he has to think the pain instead of others bc he needs to focus on the pain not the impact 3. This deku in the video 4. Final deku, Afo gave deku Afo and that's it. Edit: I do have more idea's of deku versions, I'm still thinking, some are from other videos I'm just telling to the world

Ok I LOVE your ideas but I’m pretty sure that this IS AFO deku But I do have an idea for your third horseman Joker Deku: still qurkless but he is mentored by Stain and AFO on things like combat, leadership, and hacking. He exposes the corruption of society. There hated for “villain quirks”, there discrimination for people who look different due to their quirks, and the way they abandon the people who are quirkless. He tortures people who have powerful quirks to the point where they are quirkless. And when he broadcasts to the world just what they have created, he smiles. Some look at him with fear, some with regret, some with sadness. But when Deku looks back he just laughs and smiles the sheer irony of it all. He was useless to them, but now he is the most important person to them. He was powerless before them, but now he has all the power in the world. He could have been the perfect hero, but now he’s their worst villain. Funny isn’t it.

actually I like this version of Deku, I cant quite call him a "villain" and the hero killer, I cant call him a "villain" too . the only problem is the character and their personal feelings. The personal feelings are getting in the way, besides they could have handled many situations without that sadism. But I don't blame them, they are people that have seen nothing good in their life, and like stain said, *they see the real world.* All they need is a person who is truly capable of changing things, without causing other problems at the same time, and doing it all without any backlash

I'm gonna say it, sometimes I wish All for One had gotten to Izuku sooner, maybe right after the sludge scene, instead of All Might. The poor kid was already considering suicide and was almost convinced he was useless. All for One could've helped him more than All Might had. ALL MIGHT gave a 15-year-old kid who had zero strength a quirk that his body couldn't handle and would eventually shatter his entire body. He also gave the kid the illusion that he could go on like that and not die, which was kind of stupid. ALL FOR ONE has MULTIPLE quirks and could've found one that was just right and he could handle. Also, he would never have been that close to dying that many times because of U.A.'s terrible security, since he would have never have been involved with being one of the targets in those attacks,

Spoilers sort of Can't wait for the next one. A good way for Deku to destroy the Heroes morale would be to: Expose All Might's weakened condition to everyone. Getting Bakugo expelled from UA by leaking proof of his bullying. The people would be disgusted with UA for letting a violent bully into Japan's top Hero School. Exposing Endeavor's abuse of his wife and Shoto. I doubt it be that hard, in fact Dabi would be ecstatic to help out.

Watching the first chapter of this fan manga where deku was humiliated and discriminated in public was like watching a raging flame. The heat that flame burning ever so intense that you can’t bear to get close. Then this one being the ashes of that fire flying with the wind about to start a forest fire. The heat of that flame burning for the whole world to watch. I’m not bad mouthing this fan series as this has the most intense storytelling I’ve seen so far. And I love it. I’m looking forward to rest of the fan series.

I think I get the future All for One(and maybe Stain) is planning. Shigaraki is a sword that will destroy this broken society, and Deku is a hammer that will build the broken society into something new. Two sides of the same coin. Kinda like what's happening in the magna now or what might happen. Interesting.

thats how a what if should be written. its truly nice. You get that feeling you get when reading the manga. Thats a feeling you only get when reading a fanfiction. Those Texting Stories or Fanfictions with a Voice Over are rather uninteresting. Sure the Ideas are cool but the feeling just isn't there. This gives someone Chills. The other versions of What Ifs most of the times don't. Keep up the good work.
