+Craig Barclay Timeless comedy at its finest. It'd probably still work if they brought it back, providing they don't change the dynamic of what made the show great. Mind you, there were a lot of references that people who didn't grow up in 80s wouldn't understand, when it began back in 1981. Though saying that, I'm a 90s-00s kid, and I still found this series hilarious

Jonathan Doe oh my god; don't you have eyes? There's plenty of diversity in it to my eyes. There's two black guys in a relatively small group of men, and they are all equal characters. I guess you would prefer it if those characters were cast as whites. Really, people like you think in the oddest ways to the rest of us. You do realise that most people just don't think about ethnicity and race in their normal everyday lives? They just get on with life. Racists obsess about it, just cannot stop thinking about it. Not saying you are a racist, because I wouldn't know. But to be fair what you wrote a racist might say (it doesn't make you a racist though to say it IMHO)

I was very sad to hear that the great Roger Lloyd Pack sadly passed away. Trigger in Only Fools and Horses was GREAT, so funny. You will be sadly missed, but ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES will always live on, the show is in a LEAGUE of it's own and your character will always be remembered. RIP Roger

Only Fools And Horses are (for me) best british tv show. But as far as i can notice, its only popular in UK and in ex Yugoslavian countries like Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia. It has cult of all cults status here. People here are always quoting Del Boy. I read that somewhere in Macedonia, some british guy works there . His name is Dave but everyone calls him Rodney :).

I love this scene! Ironically, David Jason can hang glide, a girlfriend encouraged him to take lessons before Only Fools. During this scene, he begged them to let him do it for it for real. But they refused. The scene is cut right after he starts to walk, and a stunt man was used instead. But he could've done it himself. In the early stuff he did, he always did his own stunts.

Erm...I think you will find Kenny Baker is a lot smaller than Sir David Jason, because Baker is 3 ft. 8 inches and Jason is 5ft 6 inches. It was Ken Barker, - not Kenny Baker, that doubled for Sir David in the hang gliding scene. Think there may have been confusion in both names.

What a brilliant writer John Sullivan is. He even puts Bill Shakespeare in the shade and I think he is the greatest comedy writer of all time. When John died, we lost one of England's greatest treasures. The fact that Only Fools is still as popular now as it was then, says it all
