ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS VIDEO!! Thank you ATP for creating or hiring quality video makers like this! This production was so refreshing and authentic.

q4short I don't think that ATP made this video. Delpo himself released this on his KZbin channel and Facebook page several hours before it was put on the ATP's channel. Either way, as you say, it is beautifully shot and produced. Here's hoping Delpo can have another amazing year in 2017!

I didn't know that. Thanks for the info. I'm also hoping Delpo does well. At least one more grand slam!

he beat Nadal, Murray and Djokovic last year without even having a backhand. Could you imagine how much he could win if he fully recovered?

I know such a shame he got injured, could of been a multiple grand slam champ at this point. But glad he's back again!
@6onxza7 жыл бұрын
Exactly, fucking injuries! I'm sure if he wouldn't had those injuries in years before, he could have become No. 1
@xandrunull7 жыл бұрын
What the hell are you guys on about? He gets injured because of the way he plays!!! If he would play softer he would not beat the top guys so the price for beating the top guys is redlining his body... So, NO, he could not be No1 cause that takes consistency in the health department and he can't do that. He's a great competitor and player but he's not No 1 material unfortunately for him.

roter13 yeah, I'm soo excited for his return

Actually, there's nothing wrong with the way he plays. That's not why he gets injured. He gets injured because his training has never been right, therefore his fitness has always been questionable for his entire career. He admitted as much a few months ago when he was talking about getting some new coaching/trainers. Sure, Delpo plays hard, but no harder than say, Rafa or Joker, and they don't get his kind of injuries. But they always had fantastic physio teams which enable them to play endurance tennis. For way too long, Delp hasn't expanded his inner circle or training methods beyond where he lives but hopefully now, he's working with better people who can keep him fit. Bigger, taller players are always more susceptible to injuries but with the right care, he could be kept healthy. There's sports physios out there that are geniuses but I believe he was using archaic training techniques for years because many of those people don't speak Spanish and Delpo just chose to work within his comfort zone with the Argentine and/or South American contingent and that just has not been cutting it for him.

I'm curious to know why the elite male tennis players have underdeveloped pec muscles. When I play those muscles kick in, but that may also explain why I'm not a good tennis player... LOL... serious comments appreciated. Thanks!
