Are you absolutely 100% sure that lawn care and yard maintenance is solely the homeowner's responsibility at Spruce Creek? How is it then that when you drive around - at least in the several videos I've seen of the place - all the lawns look immaculate. That can't be if its up to each homeowner just how much lawn care and yard maintenance is required. But if you're correct, then I'm glad I watched your video, because you've just ruled out Spruce Creek for me.
