The Villages have “horse property” lots- 5.5 acre lots to build on or buy pre-owned that already has the stables built. The Villages has Polo Field, Polo Club and Polo Academy to learn to ride and to learn to play polo.

Great information! We are moving into Stone Creek soon and didn't know about the new cart path. We built there because of the smaller community size.
