@@delafetestimonies Thank you 💕 This was good. Apart from the drugs, drink and women....I completely resonated with your testimony. I had the same childhood as you but your testimony made me ask myself....where was my voice. I never spoke up as a child! The house was chaotic though. I was always trying to put it right ! I got sick of holding everyone up. Apparently my dad worked away. I am asking myself in my 50's if he did work away? My parents lie so much! Glad you found someone that loves you. I didn't. I was married but that was abusive too. 💔

Omar, we had similar experiences ; growing up without a father (mine killed himself when I was 3 y.o.). Encountering the Lord and then turning my back on him for over 30 years, being an alcoholic and drug addict; my dark cloud over me, the devil telling me that I will not live long constantly. Three years ago I decided to take my life, I was going to jump from my apartment(21st floor). just as my father did it ; God The Father came to me, His presence filled my apartment, I felt his love encapsulating me, I felt him with every part of me; I went on my knees and ask for another chance, He forgave me, Loved me, Delivered me, Restored me , after I finished praying , His peace was in me, the dark cloud was gone ... I'm relearning everything I knew, surrendering to His Way , getting ready for the plan He Has for me. All Glory to Him, He is Worthy.

Write down, even against how you still feel, the words of God that speak to your identity in Christ Jesus. Then print it out in large and small sizes and place it all over your room, next to your mirror, doors, car, etc. I am complete in Him Who is the head over all rule and authority-of every angelic and earthly power (Colossians 2:10). I am alive with Christ (Ephesians 2:5). I am no longer under condemnation because I have been made free from the law of sin and death by Christ (Romans 8:2). I am far from oppression, and will not live in fear (Isaiah 54:14). I am born of God, and the evil one does not touch me (1 John 5:18). I am holy and without blame before Him in love (Ephesians 1:4; 1 Peter 1:16). I have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16; Philippians 2:5). I have the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). The Spirit of God, who is greater than the enemy in the world, lives in me (1 John 4:4). I have received abundant grace and the gift of righteousness and reign in life through Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17). I have received the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Jesus, the eyes of my heart are enlightened, so that I know the hope of having life in Christ (Ephesians 1:17-18). I have received the power of the Holy Spirit and He can do miraculous things through me. I have authority and power over the enemy in this world (Mark 16:17-18; Luke 10:17-19). I am renewed in the knowledge of God and no longer want to live in my old ways or nature now that I have accepted Christ to be Lord in my life (Colossians 3:9-10). I am merciful, I do not quickly judge others, and I forgive quickly. As I do this by God’s grace, He blesses my life (Luke 6:36-38). God supplies all of my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). In all circumstances I live by faith in God and extinguish all the flaming darts (attacks) of the enemy by the Word of God (Ephesians 6:16). I can do whatever I need to do in life through Christ Jesus who gives me strength (Philippians 4:13). I am chosen by God who called me out of the darkness of sin and into the light and life of Christ so I can proclaim the excellence and greatness of who He is (1 Peter 2:9). I am born again-spiritually transformed, renewed and set apart for God’s purpose-through the living and everlasting word of God (1 Peter 1:23). I am God’s workmanship, created in Christ to do good works that He has prepared for me to do (Ephesians 2:10). I am a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). In Christ, I am dead to sin-my relationship to it is broken-and alive to God-living in constant fellowship with Him by faith (Romans 6:11). The light of God’s truth has shone in my heart and given me knowledge of salvation through Christ (2 Corinthians 4:6). As I hear God’s Word, I do what it says and I am conformed in my heart and mind by my obedient actions (James 1:22, 25). I am a joint-heir with Christ (Romans 8:17). I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me (Romans 8:37). I overcome the enemy of my soul by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony (Revelation 12:11). I have everything I need to live a godly life and am equipped to live in His divine nature (2 Peter 1:3-4). I am an ambassador for Christ (2 Corinthians 5:20). I am part of a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a purchased people (1 Peter 2:9). I am the righteousness of God-I have right standing with Him-in Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit; I belong to Him (1 Corinthians 6:19). I am the head and not the tail, and I will go up and not down in life as I trust and obey God (Deuteronomy 28:13). Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.” (Matthew 5:14). I am chosen by God, forgiven and justified through Christ. I have a compassionate heart, kindness, humility, meekness and patience (Romans 8:33; Colossians 3:12). I am redeemed-forgiven of all my sins and made clean-through the blood of Christ (Ephesians 1:7). I have been rescued from the domain and the power of darkness and brought into God’s kingdom (Colossians 1:13). I am redeemed from the curse of sin, sickness, and poverty (Deuteronomy 28:15-68; Galatians 3:13). My life is rooted in my faith in Christ and I overflow with thanksgiving for all He has done for me (Colossians 2:7). I am called to live a holy life by the grace of God and to declare His praise in the world (Psalm 66:8; 2 Timothy 1:9). I am healed and whole in Jesus (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24). I am saved by God’s grace, raised up with Christ and seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:5-6; Colossians 2:12). I am greatly loved by God (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:4; Colossians 3:12; 1 Thessalonians 1:4). I am strengthened with all power according to His glorious might (Colossians 1:11). I humbly submit myself to God, and the devil flees from me because I resist him in the Name of Jesus (James 4:7). I press on each day to fulfill God’s plan for my life because I live to please Him (Philippians 3:14). I am not ruled by fear because the Holy Spirit lives in me and gives me His power, love and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Christ lives in me, and I live by faith in Him and His love for me (Galatians 2:20). Let HIS words transform you in your mind and your heart.

So crazy the timing of this testimony. I almost skipped it because I was trying to find something to fall asleep to; It is 9am and here I am. I've wept with you. I prayed because of your testimony. I appreciate you sharing. I am in this place right now. I'm an Omar. I've been trying to walk straight for 2 years now. It's so hard. And I have no one to talk about my needs. Thank you for encouraging me to pray. I hate asking God for things because I always felt like it's just me taking advantage of His grace. 🙏🥺 But I needed to hear this to be reminded that seeking Jesus always is the only way, and it's the right way, and it's okay. Bless you Omar and everyone who helped get this testimony out.

Psalm 119 is the sanctification walk of the Christian, pray it and God begins to work. Repentance is where the relationship is built with Jesus, mourn your sins as the beatitudes say, and seek the Holy Spirit Baptism with tongues, it is for you, Isaiah 28:11-13. It says you'll not believe but if you purpose to believe you will receive. Jesus said to ask for it. In Mark 16 Jesus defines the believer as those who speak in tongues. Stop listening to any teacher who says it's not for today because this is a doctrine of devils. Just like abortion is a doctrine of devils, same as once saved always saved. You need to read the Bible to learn and understand the examples, even of the Old Testament. The cross is your power, where the blood was applied, and our faith is to stand in the power of God, not the wisdom of men's words. You have no power unless you have the Baptism.

For those who are stuck yet they believe in God and don't see any progress in their life and struggling, please remember that this is not our home. Our tears will be wiped away in heaven. God loves us as much as He loves those who seem to have answers. Lets never doubt His love for us because that's what the enemy wants. The devil wants us to question God's love for us. Keep being faithful and reading the Word. We are more than conquerers in Christ. Praise God. Dont feel sorry for yourself. You are loved and God is no respector of persons. Let His will be done in your life like Jesus surrendered and said God's will be done in His life then got exalted after.

My Brother Omar, your testimony gives me hope. I've had a similar life, sometimes i still do i use to drink heavily i was heartbroken with the love i gave to the women in past relationships but never getting the same. But i realized after so many failures the only one i could rely on to be there for me in my darkest moments of temptation and failure was Jesus. I still dont go to church, i still work the same crappy job im still moving place to place. But you know, I'm more content because i have more with Jesus than i had with those who didnt care. I read my bible and pray now more than i ever have and i just believe God will bless me with all that i need in His perfect timing. Im just waiting for the Blessings of The Lord. Thank you for sharing the scriptures Brother Omar, i felt that they will help me greatly! May God continue to bless you and your family tremendouly from Everlasting to Everlasting 🙏

Did you know that Jesus wasn't born on December 25th?? God actually blesses us with 7 feasts and festivals in Leviticus 23 that He and Jesus want us to honor with Them! Christmas was originally a pagan sun worship celebration. God tells us in Deuteronomy 12 not to worship Him the way they did! Also, Jeremiah 10 says not to bring in a tree and adorn it with silver and gold 😳. I encourage y'all to pray about celebrating it and research its origins! God doesn't want us to celebrate it. Let's go back home to Father God's commandments and not man's traditions ❤.

Thank you, Omar! I needed to hear your testimony of what The Christ has done for you. So much of what you said really hit home; from the instability growing up, the deep sadness inside, n especially how the enemy kept telling you that life had passed you by or that it was too late for you, etc. I'm 44 as well and the enemy is relentless in trying to convince me that it's too late; that I wasted my life and there is no point in anything. The pain of regret is overwhelming. Thank you for this channel, the testimonies of our Savior, and the hope it brings.

I was able to identify with so much of this, right up until towards the end…when you said God gave you the best because she was young and had never had children or been married. Do all men feel that way? I’m 54, married more than once, grown children (one of which I lost two years ago), raising a granddaughter alone who’s already been through so much in her 11 years here, and praying continually for God to give us the gift of a man strong in his faith and willing to lead us as head of the household because I know if she isn’t able to have someone like that in her life she’ll seek it in ALL the wrong places. Should I just give up, because I’m not young, I’ve done the whole thing, went around the block, made many mistakes, went through so much pain on my way back to Gods light and love and mercy. I know how to love and how to be good and faithful and would be an asset to a man; am I considered to be less than God’s best? I’m praying for a man right now who is a lot like the man you described being in your broken past. Does he think I’m one of God’s second best? I’m not going at you, I just really want to know because I keep hearing that my Father makes ALL things new. I am happy for you and your wife and wish you both peace and love and pray God continues to bless you.
@TheLostandFound.Ай бұрын
Hello, and thank you for listening. I’d like to clarify something to ensure my words are understood in the spirit they were intended. When I say that God gave me His best-a wife who had no children, was young, and had never been married-I am not implying that women who have been through divorce or have children are any less valuable or loved by God. Every woman is God’s best, especially when we come to Christ. We all make choices based on our own desires or lack of guidance, which can sometimes lead us into relationships outside of God’s plan. The point I was trying to make is that my wife was in a season of waiting on the Lord, standing firm in her faith and obedience as she trusted Him for a Godly husband. She paid the price of patience and surrender, seeking God’s will rather than rushing into her own desires. In God’s mercy and grace, He gave her someone like me-a man who at the time didn’t deserve her but was transformed by His love. This isn’t about anyone’s past or circumstances but about how God honors those who seek Him. My wife’s obedience and faith became a testimony of God’s ways being higher than ours. I believe every woman is a helper appointed by God for the right man, and when we seek Him, we can trust He will bring the person we’re meant to be with. For someone who has been through challenges, imagine how blessed you’d feel if God brought a man devoted to Christ, even one younger or with no previous commitments, into your life. Wouldn’t you see that as God’s best for you after all you’ve endured? My intention was never to diminish anyone’s value or story but to show the incredible grace, love, and redemption in my own. I hope this brings clarity and encouragement. Let’s not let the enemy distract us from the message of hope in Christ. God bless you.

Good testimony. Towards the beginning your walk started where you are abandoning you kids and wife and I hope you do not have an estranged relationship with your first wife because it will be like the chain isn't broken for those kids. Many womanizing men abandon their responsibilities to seek their own selfish desires and its a shame and it creates generations of brokenness. What sucks for your kids is when you knew the cost of not having a father in the home, but you so quickly gave it up. I am glad you were able to reconcile your relationship with the Lord and hope that you are able to do the same with your first family you abandoned. 1 Cor 10:12-13 - great verse about temptation and saying he will always have a way out.

You would be surprised how many people go through this sort of thing. Family planning, education will reduce these type of problems. Our FAITH plays a very important part in our lives. It gives us a foundation to live a comfortable life but not always without problems. Sometimes the school of hard knocks is the greatest teacher. @TheLostandFound.Ай бұрын
I understand how hard it can be to keep waiting, but I want to remind you that God’s timing is perfect, even when it feels delayed. The Bible reminds us of this in Isaiah 40:31: “But those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Your faithfulness in waiting is not unnoticed. God sees you, hears you, and has a plan for you. In Lamentations 3:25-26, it says: “The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” Even when it’s hard, keep trusting Him. Remember how Abraham waited decades for God’s promise of a child, yet it came to pass just as God said it would (Genesis 21:1-2). I encourage you to hold on to the truth in Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” You are not alone in this. Keep seeking Him, and He will show up in ways you may not expect. I’m praying for your strength and faith to be renewed in this season.

You’re very very lucky your dad cared enough to leave. It is much much worse to live with parents that didn’t leave and didn’t want you. A lot of your feelings were normal and age appropriate. People claim they act like the thing they didn’t have a good example of and yes, of course, that will dictate your emotions and personality however, unless you’re raised in the woods, there is good and bad all around you that can be used as an example in your life. What a very, very very fortunate man you are to have had the spiritual relationship that you have with Jesus at such a young age. You must have subconsciously known that no matter what life threw at you, you knew the direction you needed to go in? Even if you fought it deep down, you still had to have known? I’m not speaking from a place of ignorance as I look back. I have a pretty unique testimony, and I absolutely believe the people that were in our lives as children made a huge impact on molding who we are as an adult, but I also believe that the good in the world around us subconsciously was a huge example of what we wanted to have when we became adults. I absolutely am not disregarding the pain you endured as a child and from somebody that can understand enormous amounts of pain as a child. It seems to me that figuring out how to have what you want wasn’t the hard part, the hard part was figuring out how to keep it And not destroy it with the very same passion that gave you the drive to earn it. God bless you on your journey.
@TheLostandFound.18 күн бұрын
My dear friend, Thank you for opening up and sharing such deep and heartfelt reflections. I can see the pain you’ve experienced, and I want to assure you that God sees it too. Psalm 56:8 reminds us, “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.” Every moment of pain and confusion you’ve faced is known to Him, and He cares deeply for you. I want to honor your honesty about the challenges of your childhood and the struggles with feeling abandoned or unsupported. It’s true that the examples around us-good and bad-shape us profoundly. Yet, even in the hardest circumstances, God is able to redeem and transform our lives. Romans 8:28 assures us, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.” It’s remarkable that you’ve recognized the drive and determination God has placed within you to overcome life’s challenges. This resilience is a gift from Him. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Though life may throw its hardest battles, His strength within us allows us to rise above. I also sense a longing in your heart for stability and a deeper connection to God. You mentioned figuring out how to not only gain what you desire but also how to keep it. I encourage you to look to the One who gives abundantly and sustains us. Jesus said in John 10:10, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” His plan for you is not just survival but an abundant, fulfilling life rooted in His love. Regarding the pain of feeling misunderstood or shaped by hurtful experiences, remember that Jesus Himself understands rejection and suffering. Isaiah 53:3 describes Him as “a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief.” Yet, His story did not end in sorrow-it ended in victory. That same victory is available to you because of His love and sacrifice. Finally, I encourage you to hold on to the good examples you’ve seen, however small, and to trust God to fill in the gaps. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” As you surrender your past, your pain, and your hopes to Him, He will guide you toward healing and a future filled with His grace. You are not alone, my friend. God is with you, and His love is greater than any pain or loss you’ve endured. I am praying for you, and I believe God has amazing plans for your life. May His peace and mercy cover you abundantly. With love in Christ, Omar

Nice testimony. I wonder what became of his first children. Edit: not trying to be rude. Your story touched me in many ways. We all fall. But a righteous man gets back up and keeps trying. God continue to give us grace.

Your mom must've been devastated. Believe me sometimes moms have to do certain things to make sure the kids are OK and we can progress find a job or something that we can bring you with us or at least have money for you guys for the mother. Is it constant heavy repayment of what we have to do with no one to help family around no family nothing it is very hard, I'm glad you're OK now I hope your brother are well too🙏☮️❤️ Imagine when it's your own father that instead of taking care of the children, he's inviting friends over not watching them and hitting them not feeding them like I used to and you don't know about you. Think they're with your dad and he's taking care of them because he's not working and you're working the Mom , you get divorced and no one else and he makes life hard, not hurting me but hurting the babies

Great Thanksgiving to thetestimony share of your exprience and surprising. Restoration is a process: The Bible doesn't promise instant fixes but rather a journey of transformation and healing. Passages like 1 Peter 5:10, "And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast," emphasize God's faithfulness amid challenges.

Hey 👋 I hoped your mom would have told you about your Dad earlier. I'm a 33yo unmarried male, no kids yet. I hoped parents would open up more. Perhaps kids may understand what they are being taught more. They'd end up being adults later on. I haven't seen anyone who got information and the information worked against them later on. Thanks ❤
