The Can-Am Mesh Jacket is a fully breathable, true to size, high quality polyester 2 season jacket designed for maximum comfort on those hot days.
Heavy snaps on the collar and sleeves provide security, while still maximizing ease of access and adjustment. YKK zippers allow ease of entry into the two external hand pockets as well as a large internal pocket. Two large snap closure chest pockets give you plenty of room for the additional storage that's always needed while touring. Elbows and shoulders are protected by the supplied light weight CE 1 armor (elbow/shoulder armor is removable/replaceable). A slot is sewn into the back of the jacket for the addition of spine protection (back armor not included).

Hello Coach Bob, My wife and I have been binge watching your channel for several weeks, and earlier this week I obtained my own 2020 Spyder RT LIMITED Chrome! I found it at Olsen's Outdoor Power in Atlantic, Iowa, just 50 miles away from our home in Council Bluffs, IA. It had new tires and oil change, and all the great features. I'd like to give a big shout out to Colby and the staff. They are awesome. I loved the ride home but was a bit worried about loud drive belt thrumming around 49 to 55 mph. So, I road back a couple of days later and asked if someone could ride the Spyder and tell me if this was something needing attention. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the technician dropped everything and took the Spyder for a check ride. He said it was fine and that Can-Ams tend to have drive belt noise at certain speeds. Very reassuring. He also mentioned that I could fit a belt tensioner. He also mentioned that it was important to warm up the engine to lessen the clunk when engaging 1st or reverse gears. Great advice. Notice no hard sell here. So great news and and the place I will use if I need service work. Maybe you could do a video on fitting a belt tensioner and the pros and cons, and also mention the odd sounds that are considered normal so other new riders aren't worried. Anyway, enough of my rambling. Thanks for an excellent channel with your great view on life and living. Give our best wishes to Coach Vic. That happened on the ladies ride last year in Nixa, Missouri at the Spyder Rally. I am excited to attend my first Spyder rally in September 2024, SpyderQuest in Lake George NY. The Deland rally looks awesome but is too late in the year for me to be able to ride safely because of the cold. Coach, you and the effervescent Coach Vic just need to come up to beautiful Lake George next fall; just ask @PurpleOnThree about the beauty of Lake George! Hi Coach. So sorry we missed the Spyder Rally. Felt like I was there thanks to your video. Had committed to a prison ministry called Kairos and it was an amazing weekend with many lives changed for Jesus. It had been scheduled for October but had to be moved. It was a real blessing and next year I hope Linda and I can be in Deland. Love how you shared about our Spyder family but you inspire us to be more and do more. So thank you for the encouragement. Sorry I missed you (and the new machine) this year with your late start but glad your visit to DeLand was the good time DeLand always is. (Even two years ago when you nearly froze). I had thought that in the past, the Volusia County Sheriff's office had given the group blocking service on US17. Hopefully next year that can be addressed up front.

Im surprised that the group ride wasnt better planned. Normally a group that size is broken up into smaller, more manageable numbers. New riders or newbie group riders are put up front. Everyone should have a map of the ride with directions. Road captains and tail gunners assigned to each group. The last person through a light will lag behind, waiting for the group to catch up. Also, the last person to "turn off" will also lag behind, waiting for the group to catch up. All of these road rules should be expressed to all the riders before heading out. It's a huge disapointment for all the new riders who missed out on their first big group ride 😕
