Around 1500rpm slight drone. I daily it and take trips with it no problem. Back seat riders have gotten a little tired of it after a few hours. Overall noise level is perfect.

What exhaust setup is this? Dpf delete with stock muffler or straight pipe from turbo back?

Full details in description. This is a Turbo-back. Has one straight-through muffler right before the axle, that’s it.

I’ve always been curious on these trucks, what’s the reliability like? Is it something you’d actually trust or is it something that’s in the back of your head like “this could shit the bed sometime soon”

Too early to say these engines are proven but no issues with mine I sure as hell trust it especially now.

Discontinued after 3 short years so I’m sure parts will be hard to come by when you actually need them.

@@waimeagavin808 they have to make parts for these for a certain amount of years. I believe it’s 20. I’ve seen some stock high mile ones with no issues, but hopefully deleting ensures I won’t have any emission related issues layer. Ford knows how to make a Diesel engine, I just don’t trust what the epa makes them do to them.

Does it ever lock in torque converter or does it slip the entire time?

It doesn’t lock the converter till the trans and coolant temps are at 75/110 respectively. My other driving video you’ll hear it lockup. Normally driving it’s locked up and shifting by 1750-2000rpm. 10spd life

Doesn’t really matter which tune, it’s all how you drive. Driving majority interstate 80mph the last tank I got 21-22. It’s cold now so that includes warm ups too.

@@Jesse-rd2gt overall I gained a few mpg so far, but we’re going into winter so hard to tell exactly. Summer will tell. Guessing in summer around town with some interstate driving I’ll be around 25 based on what I’m seeing so far. Consensus online is 3-5 more on average. I deleted it for reliability more than anything. Even at 20K miles the egr had notable carbon buildup.

Figure a couple thousand. And yes it went up a little bit. I get 24-25mpg average with combined driving, calculated at the pump.

Bought exhaust, egr blockoff, and had the shop tune it. They had the EZ Lynk device in house worked out great since the device is expensive. Description has the details on parts. Exhaust is an easy install not sure on EGR.
