This is so reallll, I’ve been slowly deleting social media over the last 2 years. First Twitter went, then Snapchat, then I refused to join tiktok for years and then I would download and delete it every 2-4 months. Instagram I had been on non stop since I was in 6th grade!! A few weeks ago I woke up and first thing I did was go on insta and something just told me delete this app, and I did! Social media just wasn’t adding to my happiness but instead made me even more sad for some reason. I’m really trying to be present with myself now and live in my current reality no matter how uncomfortable. I think moving forward If I want to use Instagram I’ll just download it, use it for those few minutes and delete it again.

I’m so happy you found my video helpful! Honestly the way your going about it is good! It’s usually hard for most people to delete every social media app all at once lol. How are you feeling so far since being without Snapchat and TikTok? Instagram is actually my least favorite app and I’m off of it every other month since joining social media again 😂
