As a black woman who has kids and would’ve chosen a different route if i could go back I LOVE seeing black women say no to children. Y’all are saving yourselves from so much. I admire that y’all have chosen yourself and that y’all are free to live however you want. I’m routing for y’all. Never let a man change your mind ❤️

I’m 26, I never been married and never had a real “boyfriend “. I’m soo much happy being single, I get shop, do whatever I want and talk to whoever I want. Marriage is a downgrade to me because I can’t just walk away whenever I want to . It’s better to be free than to have something that isn’t healthy

POSITIVITY????!😂 are you def or your another bitter modern woman who only like hearing what she wants to hear??? This woman clearly hate Black Men and maybe men in general for the poor choices in men like most of you do.. there is nothing positive about this agent of chaos if there is show me her positive results?? Is she married with children? Has she ever gotten any one else married? The answer to the rhetorical question is NO! But you know who did? Kevin Samuels😊 A man who actually tried to help the community and tell women what they needed to hear and not what they wanted to hear…. It’s thinking like hers that society is the way it is now but Men are always the scapegoat instead of just being a better woman and make better choices men.

Honestly, it should be illegal to use a clip out of context. Candace completely left out the part of the clip where the man that Candace is agreeing with admitted that he is a single father at 30 and plans to date around (meaning sleep around and possibly breed children that will be raised in a single mother household) till he’s ready to settle down at around 50 to 60 years old. He also admitted that he is actively teaching his daughter that her purpose is to be a loyal wife and mother and to accept that her future husband will probably cheat on her because men are wired differently. Candace is calling a woman selfish for recognizing that she probably won’t be a great mother;therefore, she shouldn’t have kids. But, the man, who most likely is a deadbeat, is not selfish because he had a child?? This man is a perfect example as to why a lot of women are choosing not to have kids and Candace completely glossed over that to insult a woman

Amani, Candice used you for relevancy. She sees that you have a large following and that your content is engaging. You talking about her makes her relevant for a news cycle. Keep doing your thing, I love to hear your perspective. It is inspiring! 😘

I truly think people are genuinely vile. But for the most part get to live out their nasty inner spirits on social media. And it’s sad that a lot of that hate lives on black social media.
@AmaniWortham10 ай бұрын
That’s true. Ofc black social media is the only part of social media I live on, so that’s the only sector I can critique but I have to call it like I see it.

Candace already had some off takes, but a lot of her more recent ones in the past few years are definitely influenced by her British husband who is too posh for his own good. I suspect George has a lot to do with sucking the whimsy out of Candace. She doesn't genuinely smile as much as she used to. She's a busy body in other people's lives and nitpicking their lifestyles because they don't mirror hers. She went from a very respectable critic of negative behaviors to absolutely denigrating people's lifestyle who aren't Christian conservatives. It's been weird to watch. She'll get her NWUC sooner or later.
@AmaniWortham10 ай бұрын
Mmm, I never watched her content before. I just thought she was always this judgmental. But her critique of me was based off absolutely nothing. I could see how her journalism, if that’s what you want to call it has been extremely off.

The people judging others for not having kids, the people judging people for not having a man, those are conservative women. Not sure why you'd want to identify with that.
@AmaniWortham10 ай бұрын
Bc obviously being conservative does not automatically mean you’re judgmental. It’s not conservative women/men saying this to me, it’s judgmental miserable women. Being conservative and being miserable don’t go hand in hand.

I’m 37 and kidless and so is my man. I would love to have at least 1 child but I’m not praying for it, if that makes sense. My partner and I are more of “if it’s supposed to happen, it will” kind of ppl. I’m a very healthy, happy and free woman! I have checked so many things off my goal list and still scratching! I say all that to say, it’s not bad to not have kids! Ppl should simply do wat it is that they want to do!

Honestly, and just my opinion, and i say this in the most humblest of ways, you and Candace have the same kind of vibe energy. It's a subtle negative undertone connected to your delivery. It's different but alike. From the same cloth kind of.
