The name of the project, Dolphin Natura, echoes its flagship project in Benidorm, Dolphin Tauer.
The 30255sqm plot on which it will be built is located right at the foot of the Ciera Elada mountain.
Goya Real Estate's new project, Delfín Natura, will consist of 248 luxury apartments on a 30318sqm plot just metres from Albir beach.
The first phase of this project consists of three four story buildings: Mayor, Genova and Solent with 82 apartments. In the project, the architect plays on the theme of sails, as in Dolphin Tauer. Their names are derived from three types of sails, whose shape symbolises the first buildings to be closest to the sea. They will have two orientations: north, which is more popular among Spaniards and faces the sea, and south, which sells more among Europeans and has more sunshine and views of Serra Helada.
In the second phase 166 apartments will be built and the project will be completed with a hotel overlooking the sea.
In total, including the purchase of the land, the company envisages an investment of 120 million euros.
The built-up area of the plot will be 10,000 sqm. There will be various ornamental ponds around the buildings and on different levels of the inner urbanisation and several swimming pools, as well as a heated indoor swimming pool. The landscaping design includes a 17,680sqm garden where the existing vegetation will be protected and typical Mediterranean woodland species will be integrated into the orography of the plot.
In addition, a total of 9,810 square metres is being added, planted in pots on the terraces at different levels. There will thus be around 1,000 trees and 15,000 units of shrubs and aromatic plants . An orchard will be planted within the urbanisation, recreating the agricultural origins of the Albir area. The 300 square metre garden will be divided into two parts, one of which will be used to plant fruit trees such as avocado, orange, lemon or pear, and the other for a garden with summer and winter seasonal varieties. Residents of the complex will be able to care for and use these gardens as well.
The urbanisation will be closed and controlled. The only access will be by foot and bicycle. The sports complex will include a yoga studio, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, a tennis court and two paddle tennis courts, and a storage room for marine equipment.
As Sergio Vidal Balaguer explained, one of the lessons of the pandemic that will be incorporated into
in this complex is the need for large terraces and gardens, as well as space for working remotely. It will house a co-working and reading room for residents, Wi-Fi, work desks, a multi-purpose common room with a gourmet room and a wine cellar.
In addition, there will be various common areas, including a poolside bar, sun deck, e-parking with charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles on demand, cycle parking and service area, separate car wash and bike wash areas, concierge and parcel service, games room and cinema hall.
Holiday rental service. The businessman also stressed that one of the elements that make this residential complex unique is the possibility of generating income for the owner. It will have a licence for tourist use, which will enable the owners to rent out their apartments even for short periods if necessary, if they will not be living there permanently.
In this sense, Delfín Natura will offer the owner the services of its manager, who will take care of the reservations, including for longer stays. This will also be done with cleaning, maintenance, gardening, concierge and surveillance services, cafeteria restaurant, etc.
