14:12 I don't know but why often i get worried that once it be open for public they will destroy the pristine nature of this very place by throwing trash bottles and what not, next come up shop which will be encroached on riverbed ( as it's dry for most of time). Ilastly I suspect when people will be more civil and understand importance of taking care of clean places and nature's beauty as there own personal property
