S. G. You don’t need any book for drca.. bareAct and ak Jain would do. Also Shailendra Malik prev yr solved papers ... drca cases can be done from there as well.

You need to understand the difference. For Judicial Magistrate 1st Class I.e.. Entry Level Judiciary Exam. You can be a freshly graduated law student too. But for Higher Judiciary your minimum age should be 35 and litigation experience should be of 7 years. If you clear Higher Judiciary you will be posted as Assistant District or Assistant Sessions Judge. Hope you got a clear Idea😊
