I went there 10 years back. There's one of the owner, Uncleji (Sardarji). He gets ready at 7pm lol (by applying fixer and tying his beard). When he serves and is in mood, he use to pick and eat one chaap piece from your plate: "Swaad haii!!!" LOL

To be very honest, as per my experience so far Sardarji malai chaap wale is better and a head of Veer Ji chaap wale in taste, flavour and spices. Veerji's outlet is more on cream and butter almost in every gravy but Sardarji chaap wale is more on masala, spices and flavours. After tasting multiple times from both outlets, if you'll ask me who's is more successful in delivering actual nonveg essence, then my answer is 'Sardarji chaap wale subhash nagar'

Pathetic attitude of the staff, very unhigenic food there was a hair in the food when i showed it to the staff their attitude was very bad they said it is added by mistake now pls go we can't do anything the taste of the food was also bitter when we confesed on that also they were very rude no respect for its costumers i will suggest everyone not go at this place as they are very proudy and rude
