It should be named as Dwarka Sector 21 Railway station. The station is in Dwarka Sector 21 behind Dwarka sector 21 metro station and Pacific Mall(Dwarka 21). Bijwasan is many kilometers away from here. If anyone goes to bijwasan as to travel at least 5-6km to this station while if anyone comes from any direction to Dwarka 21, by road or by Blue line or by Airport Metro, he would reach the railway station. News Nation should raise this issue in one of their reports with proper analysis.
