नमसते भैया 1 किलो आंवला । 1 किलो नींबू । एक पाव अनार। 20 लॉन्ग । 50 ग्राम दालचीनी । लसून 100 गाम । इन सब का रस निकाल के मैंने धूप में करीबन 1 महीने सढ़ाया और इसमें जो रस निकला है उससे मैंने धूप मे और 20 दिन महीने और रखा हूं , अरवी और पपीते को सिंचाई दे सकता हूं क्या और उसमें थोड़ा सा शहद भी है। और थोड़ा काला नमक है। 10 लिटर बना है । हलदी 50 गाम
