Shinwari Food is originated from from a place known as 'Landi kotal', Pakistan near torkham border, called shinwari because this food was made by shinwari tribe , and I m shinwari from. Kohat Pakistan. NWFP was old name , KPK is the new name Khyber pukhtoon khowah

You can use normal goat or lamb meat, ask the butcher to throw in some kidney fat if he has it. It will give you 90% same taste.

Anubhav ji try Turkish food in Turkey. Turkey is way cheaper than Dubai and even India. Turkey has excellent relations as it is in Eurasian belt with both Europe and Middle East. Petrol and vegetation is so cheap. Imagine paying just 35 rupees for cappuccino on Mcd there. Check our tourist places in Turkey like Bodrum, Antalya, Marmaris. These are tourist places like Goa. Saklikent and Trabzon are for scenic beauty ski holidays and snowfall destinations. Turkey is europe/Mediterranean ka maza at much lower rates than Euro or £.

Also, check out b&b in Belek area of Antalya. There are lots of holiday inn and premier inns in this area. If you are planning to explore Turkish food in the city of Antalya. Loads of options. And ppl are friendly they can guide you. You will have lot of Indian expats from Germany and Uk visit Antalya during April and July august. Only this is English use is limited there. Turkish ppl migrate to Germany more than any other country so they have little German knowledge. But you can visit olive farms, orange, fig and apple orchards

She does a lot of food videos if she can't help you then she can suggest some Turkish expert. In Turkey Gaziantep is famous for being the place where the best cooks are trained and learn from. It's considered the very important place for Turkish Cuisine. Unfortunately most people go there and just gloss over just visiting couple of restaurants. One of my friends used to work for a Five-star hotel in Kurdistan Iraq they used to take them frequently to Gaziantep to learn and observe.

But they can't conduct deep conversations. Also they are busy people running a business.
