Well sorry for telling you that but koshry not originally Indian idea, we eat lentils and rice hundreds years ago as left over food, when Italians come we add pasta then tomato sauce, fried onion with vinegar and garlic sauce, at upper egypt they still eat koshry with its original version only lentils and rice with fried onions

Hi Mr Abhinav, request you please don't re label the food based on your experience. Briyani Tea in Malabar is definitely different then what is in Dubai but it will unfair to say 'why we call it Biryani Tea'. Also some may follow your comments and in future don't have that food.
