Very well made series of Leh. The simplicity of the food and people is the takeaway. The co-host Rigzin Chodon seemed knowledgeable about her backyard eateries. Good job all of you.

Great to see, I wish these could be shown all over the UK in English and more were interesting in learning about our Asian nephews as so many came to Britain over the years bringing so much great food and vibrant traditional colours. With food like this what's not to love? Its a shame most Brits want pools and all inclusive holidays, places like this are where I'd love to go. It always amazes me, people in these areas are used to the diverse and tasty food so think its normal. When I came to Nepal I was blow away by the great food so its like gora torture seeing this as I just want to come so much 😂👍😋😋

The 'Leh food walk' series was too good and highly knowledgeable as well ..kudos to you Mr Sapra 👌 came to know about so many things which I never knew existed. My husband used to visit Ladhak,Leh,Khardungla and nearby areas but that was a long time ago ..He watched all the episodes. Great work..All the best

In Central Asia there's a similar dish to Shabaley called Cheburek, with meat/chicken/potato stuffing.

Brothers Barbique is best for there fresh food and quality which is not possible for everyone in Leh. They also known as Wazwan Haweli.

The whole series was tremendous.. did not even realise watching so many episodes.... infact the last one was also v good, specially about the "prayer flags"... So much gained, so much learned, all through this series... (also, the beautiful landscapes n lovely people).... For this one... rajma chawal looked delicious... n cakes any day make a good dessert :)

Sapra ne aligarh wale video pe comments turn off kr diye hain. Kamaal hai koi english mein use "non believer" bole to no problem. Humne urdu mein kafir bol diya to comments off kr diye.
