Randomly found this channel and I am getting addicted to this. Showing most of the unexplored places in India. First time seeing a Bihar food tour. Great work.

The first food vlogger covered the Bihari cuisines in it's best way. I believe others vloggers shud follow suit. Bihari cuisine has not been made famous as it shud be.

You have raised a very good point that why there is no branding for Bihari food??? People who are affluent from this region must open restaurants in metro cities exclusively for Bihari cuisine...Metro cities are cosmopolitan and people across India reside there ,where Biharis are also in large number in MNCs.. Beautiful example is POTBELLY restaurant,Shahpur Jat by a Bihari girl in Delhi ..Same initiative is needed in present time..Even restaurants of Patna are failed to serve authentic Bihari food and busy in promoting pan India chain of fast food n barbecues..I stay in Bangalore and when I see regional food chains like dindigul,Ambur,Gomantak,Udupi,Malvani,military hotels,saoji restaurants I feel why there is no restaurant in Bihar which promote mithilanchal, champaran cuisines like organised food chains all over bihar with exclusive regional menu...

🙏Namaste Anubhav jee, Awesome Non Veg food vlog on Patna .When u were interacting with Chaurasia Paan Dukaan after having Fish dishes .Chaurasia jee used a word regarding one of the features of Bangali Meetha Paan Pataa ..After hearing the word "Sitthee" you were amazed n quite anxious to know about the meaning of "Sheethee" . Actually it means the residual part of Paan ,Which remains unminced in our mouth .Rgds

I'm from tamil nadu. Loves to visit North india. Because I don't know hindi I'm postponing my wish to roam around there. After seeing this mouth watering video, at any cost I'm decided to travel once this lockdown gets over. One kind request : pls add English subtitles.

Don't be afraid brother . You can easily roam without any problem even a little bit of hindi is sufficient to travel in entire north india. Regards .

Coz Bihar is officially East indian state...Many indians mistake it as North State.
@ritvikbhuinya26209 ай бұрын
Exactly, even I was about to comment. Bihar is not north India, it's comes under Eastern part of our country that is why food habits are relatively different from northern part. In north people don't use mustard oil, but in bihar every thing is around mustard only ❤

Thanks for showcasing bihari cuisine anubhav ji. Bihar is one of the most diverse lands in the country be it food, culture or religions. I would like everyone to see bihar in a different light from what they have been told.
