I am so in love with the cuisine & these simple, warm people. Please mic up the hosts. I would have loved to hear Navendu speak. He spoke softly, explained so much of what he was doing so thoroughly but unfortunately, most of it was not picked up clearly by the mike YOU were wearing. It was quite upsetting. But its so good you allow the hosts to talk more than you. I got to learn about many new dishes & see many new food items used in the kitchen. Wonderful effort. Much appreciated.
