I love how this lady cooks. She reminds me of my cooking teacher at my domestic science school in the 60s, and also Mrs Bucket. I like how she explains everything so clearly, and without gimmicks.

The new age music is so cheesy and ages this series really badly. Really like her presenting and everything else, though.
