Dig the video! Definitely our favorite 4x4 van, we import these in the states and still can't believe what they can do.... 🤙

These Mitsubishi Delica vans are a real tough 4wd units. Mitsubishi makes great 4wd cars that can leave many other brands think why the thought they could go off road.

it's certainly an off-roader and mitsubishi 4wds are the best 4wds ever

I have the delica space-gear and have taken it some pretty crazy places despite the pimped front bumper. They're great vehicles, its just a shame they stopped making the proper 4x4s with low-range!

If you can find one that's not all rusted out with 350,000kms, then go for it!!

HAving owned an L300 delica and many other 4x4's I would say that it is very capable for a van but not as capable as a Nissan Patrol or toyota Land Crusier and deffinatly noware near a Volvo but not alot is. the over hang at the front on the Delica limits it as does the high centre of Gravity. great vehicle to convert into an all terrain camper.

Owned both shapes, and driven then full time for the past 36 years. I agree 100%. Those other 4x4 owners didn't need someone dismounted to guide them through the rock gap. If in doubt, I do the same. Horses for courses. I like sleeping in my vehicle, not on or by it. The further off road you go, the further it is to walk back when you crap out.

Pajeros are nice 4X4s, but don't make good livable sleeping platforms though like a good van does.

We had one of these in 2WD in the 80's. They were idiots for not bringing the 4WD model to the US. It would have done a lot better because it would have been a lot more distinctive than any of the other Japanese vans of the same period.

This was not my drone. It belonged to Bryce from "Living Big in a Tiny House". He was doing a video piece on my van. A drone is next on my must have "toy" list.. 8-)
