Delicate dietary cake made from cottage cheese, apples and yogurt! without white flour and sugar
INGREDIENTS:
✔️330 g peeled apples
✔️3 tablespoons Jerusalem artichoke syrup
✔️50 g corn flour
✔️50 g oat flour
✔️50 g rice flour
(or another flour of your choice)
✔️20g butter
✔️100 g cottage cheese
✔️Sweetener
✔️250 g yogurt
✔️8g corn starch
✔️2 egg whites
✔️Sweetener
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 133.7 kcal.
Protein - 5.1 g.
Fat - 3.5 g.
Carbohydrate - 20.1 g.
