It looks amazingly delicious. However you forget! To make some layers of fried eggplants, fresh tomatoes not fried one cuts in a round shape like eggplant, fresh coriander, and green chilies. Let it cook for 10 mins then serve and enjoy

People, please STOP using plastic spatulas and non stick pans to fry on high heat. Use wood and stainless steel to cook your food when frying, you’re literally leeching plastic into your food!
