It looks like "semar mendem" in Indonesia. Glutinous rice filled with cooked meat/ chicken then covered with omelette (very thin one). It serves with sweet sauce like vla. Little bit complicated to make it but delicious enough to try. 😍 Thanks for sharing it. Love to watch various culinary from different countries 😘👍

好不好吃見人見智，小攤生意賺得真是辛苦錢，我給點意見，沒有其他意思，只是覺得這麼做會更好，生活質量總是希望能不斷提升是吧！ 1.在煎豆皮的時候，起鍋會直接放在一個塑膠籃子上，建議改成不鏽鋼桶。 2.全程只有捏飯和灑料會直接用手抓，但是手做不到不去接觸其他物品，建議戴一次性手套。 3.如果可以帶上口罩會更好。
