From where did you buy Empanada wrappers Ria. Looks very delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe. Hope your daughter’s friends loved having them. Your puppy is always the center of attraction on your shows. So very cute. What are those small plants with cute little round leaves called? Are they indoor plants?

Hi Bumbi! I bought the wrappers at my local Spanish/Mexican Grocery but usually find it at Key Food. They did enjoy it. My baby boy is certainly adorable and mischievous and keeps me busy and happy. The plants are "Chinese money plants"--brings money, good luck and prosperity to homeowners----and many baby plants. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

I have to stop watching your videos in the night...I made some today as I had some minced meat already cooked. I followed a recipe for the dough but substituted some white cornmeal together with flour. It was crunchy and very delicious. Thank you for the temptation Ria😄😄

First time I’ve seen someone pour the oil on the opposite side cause as much as I live my Puerto Rican mothers pasteleos (empanadas) I’ve in the past few years have had to mention to her he’s 72 that to put some oil on the other side for quicker cook time this filling looks so delicious I def have to try this for sure

Girl you must of been in my Spirit because I promise you!!! Just the other day I was telling my husband about empanadas and how I made them for a party once and how good they were. Girl you must of heard me talking!!! haahaaahaaaa!!!! These look delicious! Girl you are the bomb ok! You remind me of me and how I cook. We cook alike! I love exotic flavors and spices.
