Hello from California I love your channel please never change the intro 💞 the way I make my famous enchilada casserole is I use corn shell tortillas and I use fresh sharp cheddar (block) and instead of rolling them I start off like you with sauce and then I layer the corn shells down then on with the meat and the shedder cheese along with green onions and black olives that's been a dish of mine for 25 years hopefully you can give it a try but yours look yummy as well❤

Oh Ms. Dee and her beautiful daughter; your casserole looks so delicious! I would side it with a box of Goya Mexican rice in the box and I add a small package of mixed vegetables when I cook it. You can buy the dry rice mix right by the Rice a Roni. I think Walmart has it. I just love your videos and your precious family. 2 Samuel 22:29 I wish too you could share your wonderful food and love with all of us too!
