I crab in Maryland from my kayak, but I did have some garlic grabs when I was visiting my parents in Florida (west coast). They were delicious. I in turned made them up here in Maryland before, because I like cooking crabs in different ways. I appreciate you sharing your recipes. Good Job!

Good afternoon sir I do go crabbing but I can only go on Sunday mornings cuz I work 6 days a week and I live here on Staten Island New York and a block away from my house does a waterfront all blue crabs and that's the only size I keep them here in New York that 4 1/2 in to 5 I catch him 5 in and better All nails Rusty color bottoms the clean white bottom crabs and I do get a lot of female but everyone I pick up are pregnant like you said there are orange sponge then they turn out brownish ugly color meaning they're getting ready to hatch so I'm going to try my luck this Sunday so have a good day sir and I watch your videos when you post them up

Unfortunately it’s called crabbing not catching, but it’s still better than a day at work! Also, I know everyone cooks crabs a little different down South. You should really try a couple crabs steamed with the shell on. If you can get a nice fat crab, that crab mustard is A1. Hope the crabbing picks up here soon

@hixoutdoors yeah crabbing is hit or miss sometimes. I don't shout it out, but I'm originally from Virginia, and I've had whole steamed crabs. Haven't always broken down my crabs like this. @@CrabbingWithTony Ah that makes sense. Well only advice i can give you is to go on google maps and try to find different places you can potentially crab. I would also look into some cast traps, you can hook them up on a fishing rod and launch them pretty far. Its like a foldable trap, saw some other people use it

Hey Tony I got a cool idea/experiment. Get you a paint pen and when you catch a throw back, dry off a spot and mark them to see how many you keep catching! It would be an awesome video that should get great views.
