yesss girl...I do same thing deveining BOTH sides. And if you think you are buying fresh shrimp at grocery store seafoid counter you are wrong. They come in frozen and unthaw them. So getting a bag frozen lasts longer because you can use when you need to as opposed to having use "fresh" ones sooner. Now if you go to fish monger its different . But im talking about regular grocery store seafood counter. Your food always looks AMAZING😊
