Love the idea of a coconut fried / or seasoned rice. Very colourful and appetising. Tip: Keeping it more healthy try a plastic sheet over the rice instead of foil. Reduce use of Aluminum, wich when heated can leach into food. 🤗🌴🌴Island girl.

Nicely done! Don't use metal spoon on metal cooking ware. Also better to use wooden spoon or "plastic" to gently fluff & turn so you don't break the Basmati Rice ...

Yes, just cut the 🥥 into pieces and blend then sift in a seive to extract the milk and dispose the shaft. That's how I usually do mine

I wash my rice in warm water , wash it till the rice water turns clear . If you are cooking a lot you can still fry it , you’ll just be using a bigger pot

But if it would be too stressful you can skip the frying part and cook directly just make sure your stock is boiling before you add your rice
