Love this one and it looks yummy 😋. There are different ways we cook fried rice and any method used can make it outstanding b'cos of the ingredients used. Now there is this use of fried liver that adds beautiful dark color to all other flashy ingredients and it seems to be cut off our recipe 😒🤔.No one uses this anymore I noticed 😐. It's regrettable to notice this 🙁 from all the recipes that I've seen 😕. Tastes changes it seems, with all other varieties of proteins used. Well.... I will surely try yours with the ketchup for the taste 😀. Thanks for sharing this with us. Be blessed and have a great day 👍. ✌️And 💕.

Liver is expensive compared to sausage and gizzard which most people use to replace the liver
@lucieadjek85062 жыл бұрын
@@melodyuba This is true, things are really costly generally, especially when it comes to buying beef or any of its parts.We can only stick, but to our feeble budget or revenue. Humm! 9JA! Our most loved country, only baba God will save us in that country. I was actually wondering about the missing black color that completes & makes it outstanding. Come to think of it, beef meat can be used when fried crunchy dry, if not, there is black beans that can also play that role. In any case, we have no obligation to get stucked in the use of black colors do we ? & all the fried rice I've seen till date still looks beautiful & yummy.😋
@lucieadjek85062 жыл бұрын
@@melodyuba However, talking about the use of liver, if we can afford it we should not deprive ourselves from its nutritional values and benefits. It is one of the best meats rich in protein, poor in calories and filled with essential vitamins and minerals It's extremely nutrient-dense, high in protein, and low in carbs. It's adviced to women to eat liver especially for our monthly loss of blood.Turkey Liver, Simmered.
