Great recipe! I don't have a meat tenderizer and ended up using a pot to flatten the chicken as Apaulo suggested. By far not as elegant as what he's doing but it works. The schnitzel turned out super crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I'll certainly make this again!.
