Delicious Crockpot Chicken Thighs Recipe

Here's a delicious and tender Crockpot chicken thighs recipe. Just toss the ingredients into a slow cooker and in just a few hours you'll have a flavorful meal ready to enjoy with minimal effort.

👩🏻‍🍳 CROCKPOT CHICKEN THIGHS
8 chicken thighs
2 teaspoons Morton Season-All seasoned salt
1 tablespoon Badia complete seasoning
1 tablespoon Malher consomé de pollo
1 teapsoon black pepper
1 packet Sazon Goya con culantro y achiote
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ cup celery, chopped
1 ½ cup carrots, chopped
1 cup coconut milk
Cook in slow cooker on high for 3 hours.

Do you use only vinegar or lime juice? No water before that?

I put the chicken in a bowl and put enough water to cover it, then add about a tablespoon of lime juice or vinegar to wash the chicken.

Shirani, dear. Would you be kind enough to help me out here? I'm desperate 😢 Please share other spices that i can use for the recipe that are easy to get? All the spices you used here, I've never heard of them nor can i find at my spices shops which I've tried, so please give me easy accessible spices options to use here and I'd be very grateful for your help. Who knows, maybe one day we'll meet and I'll give you a hug for this.🤗

This is kind of tricky because I'm not familiar with your everyday spices. My suggestion would be to pick your favorite way of cooking chicken, but the main thing is to add coconut milk. Coconut milk changes the flavor of whatever you are making, and it makes it so good. Hope this helps 🤗
