I have enjoyed all your preparations so much! They've brought me back so many memories when back in the day I spent a few months in Erthig Road, in Belmont, Port of Spain. We used to go for chicken or shrimp roti by the Savannah Park with family and friends. They were all yummy, really delicious, and all indian ladies were so kind and excellent cooks. Lovely memories. Thank you for posting so many tasty concoctions.
