Each of today's recipes makes 4 servings for me. But it is known that some people eat larger portions, so in the description I leave you the calorific value divided into 4 and 3 parts :)
If you live alone and 4 servings are too much for you, then reduce the amount of ingredients by half. Then from 4 portions you will make 2 portions and it will be dinner for two days :)
1. Potato casserole with minced meat
Whole casserole: 1810 calories Protein: 140 Fat: 48 Carbs: 216

Minced chicken breast meat - 400 grams
Tomato passata - 500 grams
Water - 200 grams (I add together with the passata)
Olive oil - 20 grams (15 grams for frying, 5 grams for greasing the dish)
Carrots - 2 pieces
Yellow mozzarella cheese - 120 grams
Onions - 1 piece
Garlic - 2 cloves
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, basil, garlic
2. Gyro casserole
Whole casserole: 2,370 calories Protein: 145 Fat: 90 Carbs: 248
