Yeah that's fine. I did a batch where I kneaded it myself and then put into those pans and let it rise. I just covered in my microwave and let it sit for about hour with a hand towel over it. Of course the microwave was not running. 😅 it did great after baking in the oven. Honestly tasted better in my opinion since we split it into two one pound loaves.
