**French Toast Muffins Recipe**
French Toast Muffins
Serving 12 Reg size Muffins
Preheat oven to 350*
6-8 Slices of Sara Lee Brioche Bread, Cut into Cubes. Set aside.
I buy my bread st Walmart.
6 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 Tbls Vanilla
3 Tbls Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt.
Combine, Eggs, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon and whisk well.
Pour over Cubed Bread and mix up. Let sit for 5 Minutes.
Topping
2 Tbls Cut up Cold Butter
4 Tbls Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbls Cimmamon
2 Tbls White Sugar
I used a Pastry Cutter to cut and combine the other Ingred into the butter.
French Toast Muffins Cont.
Spray your you muffin with Pam Cooking spray. My Recipe made 12 muffins.
Take your bread mixture and put some in to each of the Muffin tin, Fill it to the
top of the Tin.
Sprinkle the Topping on to the top of each Muffin.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 min.
