Hello as usual every thing looks good - small tip you can use whole milk or sour cream or Greek plain yogurt which is a healthier option to mayonnaise-traditionally, potato salad is not mashed , it’s cubed or chopped in chunks

Gyal, back in my days, we use to pick the rice first. I still continue that tradition to this day. While it’s a happy day it’s also a sad day. Fortunately, your happiness will help the family to overcome and heal. Time will also help. Just a note; a khahari is not an efficient way of cooking. It waste a lot of heat. Try stainless steel flat bottom pot and you will be able to keep up with Ram. BTW, there was a video with your relative cooking roti and mutton stew. I think they are from the UK. I asked her to get you a pan that she uses to cook her roti in. It’s better than your tawa in the sense that the oil wouldn’t run onto your stove. Check it out!
