@@thebackyardhibachi Kampai used to offer this as an alternative to the golden shrimp sauce. There are a few hibachi restaurants in the Chicagoland area that offers this.

@@thebackyardhibachi It seems like it’s panko bread crumbs, egg yolk, butter and garlic mixed into a patty of sorts and pan fried and steamed under a dome on their stovetop grills at hibachi restaurants.

Another recipe I'll be trying. Looks great! As an aside, has anybody here with a two burner Blackstone had the center of it sink lower than the sides? Mine 'bowled' in the center immediately when I first got it and followed the Blackstone break-in procedure to the letter. It's not a concern unless cooking something liquid like scrambled eggs or bacon etc. Not a huge deal but it just annoys me.

Thanks, that’s unfortunate about your grill. I worked at a steakhouse in Ohio that was 30 years old. The griddles were bowed outward because we would clean with ice water. Im wondering if this is the same effect if you’re breaking in your griddle during the winter?
