This is a yummy and comforting Japanese beef stew recipe that will have you going for seconds or even thirds to enjoy tender pieces of beef and daikon that's been infused with the tasty soy sauce broth!
The key is to use a good quality soy sauce like Kikkoman and to cook the daikon separately to get rid of its bitterness. Kikkoman has been brewing their soy sauce naturally for 300 years using just four ingredients - soybeans, wheat, salt and water, and been manufacturing here in Singapore since the 1960s!
