[Jjajang Ramen]
1. Prepare 2 jajang ramen and 3 jajang soup
2. Put 2 ramen noodles and dry soup in boiling water, boil and strain through a sieve.
3. Chop 1 green onion and slice 5 garlic
4. Cut 1 large onion and 1/2 zucchini into squares
5. Slice 1/2 cup of pork (squid, shrimp)
6. Grease a pan with green onion, garlic, pork (squid, shrimp) and cook to some extent.

1. Slice 1/4 onion, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 carrot, and some wood ear mushrooms (can be omitted) and put them in a pot.
2. Add 2 cups of water, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 5 tablespoons of vinegar and bring to a boil.
3. Add 3 Tbsp of water and 1 Tbsp of starch, mix in small portions and stir while boiling.
