Soooo envy you for the relatively easy lobster catching, in SA we eat the legs as well, waaaay too scarce to waste 👍👍👍

Best meal I ever had was in Western Cape, camping trip with locals who are friends. 20 lobster tails bought from the local fishing village. Cooked in curry, in a cauldron. Sitting on the beach enjoying it, watching the sun go down. SA is an amazing country, and in my opinion, I have travelled a fair bit, the most beautiful country in the world.

Hi Russell, SA is indeed a beautiful country, pity it has been ruined & trashed by a corrupt communist government 🤬🤬🤬

Awesome as always Jay! It’s like a pre night time ritual for me, catch up on any missed smash videos and posts and then go to sleep starving because the catch and cooks always look outstanding! Been meaning to ask as well what does the oarmer taste like? Every time you’ve cooked them they always look 10/10 but don’t look to appetising raw 😂😂 great content as always!! You could have been a top friend and taken the other half of the baguette to SamTree in work 👀👀

You guys have the knack of finding whatever you go foraging for on the Guernsey beaches. You know everywhere so well. Did you follow in your fathers footsteps since you were a young lad!! Do you know why Lobsters and ormers are so more plentiful in Guernsey compared to Jersey? I remember it was so exhilarating when ever I found even one ormer or one lobster . Am in Greece now and live watching the show!!👍

A little bit of white vinegar in the boil helps the meat to not stick to the shell. Just a dash and it make the meat a bit sweeter. Nice video good job.

@@patchthesinclair5896 wow that’s very interesting!is that Lyme disease or something? We have deer ticks here that spread it. But I’ve never heard of that symptom.
@patchthesinclair58963 жыл бұрын
@@forteandblues no it's not Lyme it's an intolerance to a meat sugar called alphagalactose. The body cannot distinguish between it and tick saliva and thinks a million ticks have bitten all at once. I have had 2 lights and sirens ambulance trips on account of it. Google Patrick Sinclair,Thurso. Also ,red meat and tick bites . It is a problem better recorded in the USA I am UK's 9th recorded case.
