Remember that you are not just addressing this to a local (I Indian/Asian) audience who perhaps are familiar with these dishes, but a global one who would like to learn more about other cuisines but are not in a position to visit the outlets you showcase. It would be helpful if you were able to indicate the ingredients so that a feel can be gained what the eventual dish may taste and feel like.
