If you choose to make them at home, then you can surely fry them in Ghee. But from anywhere outside, no matter if it's a small shop or Fine Dining Restaurants, the Gulab Jamuns you will get are always fried in Oil. If they start frying in Ghee, then their prices will be sky high.

It’s because this is the international airlines division not domestic. The vistara flights they are referring to is the international version of air India in partnership with Singapore airlines. The food on pure European airlines like Lufthansa, KLM etc is the worst
