powder milk 2tbsp (15g)
sugar 3/4 cup (150g)
milk 600ml
For sugar syrup;
sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
water 1/2 cup (125ml)
small pieces of lemon
for the whipped cream:
whipping cream 200ml
powdered sugar 2tbsp (15g) - you can add more
for decoration:
some chopped pistachio
some dried rose - optional
** CUP SIZE : FULL CUP 250ML | HALF CUP 125ml | 1/3 CUP 80ML | 1/4 CUP 60ML | 1 TBSP 15ML | 1/2 TBSP 7.5ML | 1 TSP 5 ML | 1/2 TSP 2.5ML ! **

I tried this and it as good when it was fresh.. after two or three hours, semolina hardens and it does not taste as good...
