Delicious Soul Food Cornbread Dressing/ Thanksgiving Stuffing/ Mattie's Kitchen

✨ Ingredients: Take your turkey tails out and place in a deep pan, season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, going all around your pot and meat. Add in your vegetable's, a half of green peppers, a half of a white onion, 2 stalks of celery and 2 stalks of green onions. Add in a whole carton of unsalted chicken broth and add in 2 cups of another carton of unsalted chicken broth. Cook for two hours on medium heat.
Take your remaining vegetable's, celery, green onions, green vegetables, with two half sticks of butter, enter into the microwave and cook until it's sautéed. Allow to cool down.

Take your meat out of pan and add in your cornbread and cornbread stuffing mix and add in your vegetable's, stir and season with salt and pepper and poultry season.

Ms. Mattie, I was also taught that if I don’t have enough broth or stock, it’s okay to add water if you’re an experienced cook because we know how to add any other seasonings if necessary. But, I agree with you that cooking the whole turkey is best.

I remember my Mom making the turkey parts; years ago growing up my Dad notice we were not eating the turkey and he got tired of turkey. I wish i can find parts like that. I am going to go to HEB in Texas and hope they have one. Food looks delicious
