When I lived in Stockholm I really enjoyed a ramen place called Totemo ramen at S:t Eriksplan, similar size to how take looked but enjoyed it much more than AI ramen at least. Highly recommend!

I know what you mean about the shower thing! I was gaming with some friends after getting back from the gym once I needed a quick bodywash rinse for all the sweat, when I got back to my PC in less than 10 minutes they asked me if I even washed properly and said I was still stinky 😂
